年糕仔的焦叶年糕,是以木材烧火炊蒸的传统年糕,材料只有糯米和糖,加少许食油。糯米选用老米,自家浸泡后研磨再压水,不抄捷径用贴米粉,硬化成型后不会太硬,吃起来软濡却不黏牙。上了年纪的老顾客常常夸赞的说:“戴假牙也可以吃!”

阿清全名刘碧清,和先生李水彬一起做年糕。因为数量不多,之前一直在雪州八打零ss2,蒲种等几个地方摆卖。“炊年糕,时间够了自然美。” 也常常说道。熏叶,铺罐,浸米,研磨,慢火炊蒸等等,每一道工序,都是时间。还有还有,三十多年来不变的坚持,统统都在棕黄色泛着亮光的年糕里化成最弄最美的年味。
